Hate your job? Make a career change

Perhaps you are one of those people that wakes up every morning with a sense of dread because it's a weekday and you hate your job. No matter how beautiful the weather is outside or how many birds are chirping cheerful tunes, you simply cannot muster up a bit of happiness because you are, once again, going to work. Maybe you spend your time? in meetings that you despise or sitting at your computer daydreaming of running out the door without even telling anyone you have had enough.

The age old adage goes something like, "have a career in what you love, and you will never work a day in your life." In college, you probably thought you were studying for something that you would love, or at least make you the big bucks, but if your career has turned into something that you never excepted or wanted, why not make a career change and start a career out of what you love?

Even though changing careers probably seems like something only others can do and is too risky for a person like you, who has bills to pay, changing careers is likely less difficult that you have imagined it to be.

CNN Money suggests researching as much as you can about the new career you have in mind. Then, ask yourself what you need to do to make the change happen. Find out what resources you can utilize, prioritize what you need to do to make it happen and actually do it!

Do not forgo your own happiness simply because you are afraid of making the leap into a new career. Start off your mornings with a new prospective about what you have chosen to do during your lifetime.
